These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Ubelia LTD ("Ubelia", "we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these Terms. For any questions, contact us at Hello@ubelia.eu.

2. Products & Delivery

All Ubelia products are digital downloads (PDF files or spreadsheet templates). Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link or direct file delivery by email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant; in exceptional cases please allow up to 24 hours. If you have not received your files within 24 hours, contact Hello@ubelia.eu.

3. Licence & Permitted Use

When you purchase an Ubelia product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the product for your own wedding planning. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, share publicly, or create derivative works based on our products without our prior written consent. You may print products for personal use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, graphics, and digital files sold by Ubelia LTD remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ubelia LTD. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Refund Policy

All Ubelia products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are generally final once files have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue — such as not receiving your files or a corrupted download — contact us at Hello@ubelia.eu and we will resolve the issue promptly, including re-sending your files or issuing a refund at our discretion. We are committed to ensuring every customer receives what they paid for.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you pay — no retroactive changes apply to completed orders.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Ubelia LTD does not store or handle payment card details. By providing payment information you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ubelia LTD provides digital planning tools for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific planning outcomes or that our timelines will be suitable for every couple's situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ubelia LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

10. Changes to These Terms
